City Stakes is a game set in Ilmara, a fictional city. Every company, bid, price, campaign, rank and statistic in it is simulated. Nothing in the city corresponds to real property, real advertising inventory or real investment of any kind.
Real company names appear on advertising surfaces the way an out-of-home media mockup shows a campaign on real inventory. They are depicted, not participating. No trademarked logo is reproduced — signage uses generated marks and plain type — and no slogan or claim is attributed to any company. None of them endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with City Stakes. If you own a brand shown here and would like it removed, email us and it will be removed.
You keep ownership of images you upload. You give us permission to store and display them within the city for as long as the campaign or entry runs. You must have the right to use what you upload, and must not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or infringing someone else's rights. Anything that breaches this can be removed without notice.
Do not attempt to manipulate rankings, competition standings or measured figures through automated clients or forged data. Accounts doing so may lose access. Ordinary play — including playing a great deal — is not abuse.
This is an evolving project. Features can change, and the city can be reset, rebalanced or taken offline. Where a change would remove credits you paid for, we will say so in advance.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
